For our department Crew Planning  within LuxairAirlines, we are looking for a (an):

CREW TRAINING PLANNING OFFICER (m/f/x)

Main duties:

• Be responsible for the scheduling and the update of all training courses according to the current legal and internal regulations in force
• Be the daily contact for all  crew training planning issues
• Give support to Operations Control Center for training related matters
• Provide FTL/FRM trainings and other crew planning related trainings to crew members when required
• Coordinate with Human Resources, Cabin Services, Training departments and Fleet managers on all relevant matters
• Occasionally give support to the Crew Planning Department

Required profile:

Minimum required criteria:

• Be holder of a bachelor degree (BAC+3) or equivalent
• Have a proven experience in the area of activity
• Have a first experience in Flight Operations
• Show organizational skills
• Be familiar with standard office applications
• Show good communication skills in English as well as skills in French or German (spoken and written)

• Refer to the training table
• Be able to adapt and handle daily changes in accordance to deadlines
• Demonstrate independency and sense of initiative
• Demonstrate the ability to communicate at all levels, both inside and outside the company
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact within the team and with people at all levels
  
• Maintain the strict confidentiality of the data

The ideal candidate:

• Knowledge of Luxemburgish or any other language is considered as an asset
