For our department General Services within General Services, we are looking for a (an): Legal Counsel (m/f/x)
Main duties:
Draft/review and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts, with a particular focus on transportation agreements, IT agreements, services agreements, maintenance agreements and marketing agreementsProvide legal advice and recommendations on a large variety of legal topics (e.g. transport law, commercial law, consumer law, IT/IP law, Insurance law, labour law, data protection law)Participate in the preparation, implementation and monitoring of compliance policies and procedures (including training)Manage disputes and claims with third partiesMonitor and draft template agreements and group policiesDevelop and provide legal and compliance training to the businessAssist, coordinate and give advice in various projectsAdministration and contract managementCoordinate relationships with law firms
Required profile: Minimum required criteria: Master’s degree in law with specialization in business law, transport or tourism.Minimum 5 years of experience gained as a lawyer or as an in-house legal counselExperience in transport/tourism and complianceExcellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English. (German is an asset)Business minded and problem solverAble to communicate at any level of the company and to explain complex legal issues in a comprehensible languageFlexible, stress resistant and have a positive attitudeTeam player and have the capacity to work autonomouslyWell organized and result-orientedDesired or to be acquired criteria:Specialization in transport / complianceThe ideal candidate:Have knowledge of Luxemburgish or any other language
